We accept both COD (Cash on Delivery) and Online Payments via Razorpay.

In some cases, we may ask for additional information (address confirmation, phone verification, etc.) before processing an order.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location, courier partners, and external factors. Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.

6) Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns once the order is delivered. Refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy (already mentioned on the website).

8) Cancellation

Pahadi Potli reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If the payment has already been made — refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
