We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Refunds
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
- If a product you ordered is out of stock and you have already made the payment.
- If the product is damaged during delivery. (Customers may be asked to share photos of the damaged product as proof.)
- If the order is lost in transit and the delivery does not get completed.
Cancellations
Pahadi Potli reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In some cases, we may request additional details from you to process the order.
If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled after your card/UPI/wallet has been charged, you will receive a refund within 5–7 working days.
