Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after the order is received.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the delivery location and courier partner. Generally, orders are delivered within 4–10 working days across India.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Festive load
- Courier logistics delay
- Remote location pin codes
These are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link / tracking ID will be shared (usually via WhatsApp/SMS/email) so you can track your parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address, pin code & phone number are correct. If an order fails due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, Pahadi Potli will not be responsible.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD service is available only for specific pin codes based on courier availability. If COD is not available at your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Damaged Orders in Transit
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with photos. Refunds will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
