Pahadi Potli
Our recipes are inspired by my Nani, and lovingly carried forward by my mother. The same traditional style, the same ingredients, the same patience — just like how it is made at home in Uttarakhand.
Every pickle is handmade in small batches — not factory-produced — so that the original mountain taste stays real and untouched.
Right now, we offer homemade pickles. Soon, we will also introduce flavoured Himalayan salts and more Pahadi specialties.
